Hamdy Al Marhuby - General Manager Supply Chain Management, Oman Shipping Company

With more than 17 years of experience, Hamdy holds a Master of Logistics Management from University of Sydney Business School, and BSc in Supply Chain management from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. In addition, he is a graduate of the CEO program from IMD Switzerland, an initiative by the Royal Diwan of Oman to prepare next generation of Omani CEOs. Hamdy was a visiting lecturer in the fields of Operations Management at top local universities.

His experience spans across the Oil, FMCG, Iron Ore and Logistics industries. Hamdy currently leads Supply Chain Management in Oman Shipping Company. He is responsible for building Corporate Supply Chain strategies aimed at improving Procurement and Contract Management systems to ensure effective and efficient acquisitions for the business

Yasir Imam Rizvi, Regional Procurement Manager, Agthia Group PJSC

Yasir Rizvi is currently working in Agthia Group PJSC as their Regional Procurement Manager. He is an experienced procurement leader with a demonstrated history of direct and indirect procurement. He has over 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain and much of this has been within the FMCG industry over 10 years of engagement. Prior to joining Agthia Group PJSC, Yasir was heading the pProcurement division at Fletchr. He is a strong purchasing professional with a Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) and Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) focused on Purchasing, Procurement, and Contracts Management from American Purchasing Society and Diploma in Procurement and CIPS & CILT.
